first_imgThe Men’s Super League division one has four teams vying for the title in 2010, the Tuggeranong Vikings, Woden Eagles, Northern Phoenix and Canberra City.In round one, the Eagles were 10-7 winners over Canberra City, while the Vikings were four touchdown winners over the Phoenix, 10-6. This Thursday, the Eagles will play the Phoenix, while Canberra City takes on the Vikings in round two of the competition. Rounds three and four will be played on Sunday, 7 November 2010 at the Amaroo fields, with the Men’s division’s games being contested at 12.00pm and 2.30pm respectively. Six teams are competing in the Women’s Super League division one – Vikings A, Vikings B, Canberra City, Eagles A, Eagles B and the Northern Phoenix. In round one, Vikings A were six touchdown winners over Eagles A, 9-3, Canberra City were 11-2 winners over the Phoenix, while Vikings B were 10-0 winners over Eagles B. In round two, Eagles A will play Vikings B, Eagles B will meet the Phoenix, while Vikings A will take on Canberra City. Rounds three and four will also be played on Sunday, 7 November 2010, at Amaroo at 1.40pm and 4.10pm respectively. In the Men’s Super League division two competition, six teams are competing in 2010 – Canberra City, Vikings, Phoenix, Eagles 1, Eagles 2 and Eagles 50’s. In round one, the Vikings were six touchdown winners over Canberra City, 8-2, the Eagles were 4-1 winners over the Phoenix, and Eagles 2 were 8-4 winners over Eagles 50’s. Round two will see Canberra City take on Eagles 1, the Phoenix will play Eagles 2, and the Vikings battle it out against the Eagles 50’s.Sunday, 7 November will also see rounds three and four played in the Men’s Super League division two competition, with round three to commence at 12.50pm and round four to be played at 3.20pm.The competition will continue throughout November, with the final two round games to be contested in a double header on Sunday, 28 November 2010. The semi finals of the 2010 ACT Super League will be played on Thursday, 9 December 2010, followed by the grand finals a week later, on Thursday, 16 December 2010.
